Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Take some time to read through just a few policies we have for our resellers,
and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
HOW TO ORDER:
You can order through the Wholesale Store on our website www.haleplume.com, or send an email to hello@haleplume.com. After submitting your form, and once you are set up as a vendor, you will receive access to our wholesale section of the website. This will enable you to place orders when it is convenient for you.
WHOLESALE PRICING:
All prices are listed in US dollars. A minimum order of $100 is required. There is no minimum annual spending requirement to maintain an account with us. A minimum of two different fragrances per order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
TURN-AROUND TIME:
Orders are shipped on a first-come first-serve basis. Under normal circumstances, online orders will typically ship out 3-4 business days from the day you order. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to get all orders fulfilled within 1-2 weeks of placing the order. Should it extend longer than that, we will contact you immediately. Some of our supplies are coming from the mainland, some internationally, so your patience is appreciated. All candles are hand-crafted in small batches and carefully packaged before sending out.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards through the website.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Shipping costs apply to all wholesale orders and will be calculated upon checkout depending on order total and shipping address. We can also discuss store drop-offs, depending on the location.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to hello@haleplume within 24 hours.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you have received damaged goods shipped directly from us. All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement or credit.
Removing the tags or labels off of our merchandise is a big no-no. We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported doing so.
