Shipping and Returns

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Contact hello@haleplume.com with your order number and we'll be happy to process your cancellation.

WHAT KIND OF SHIPPING/PACKAGING MATERIALS ARE USED?

We use cardboard boxes and bubble mailers. We utilize plastic bubble wrap and packing paper to protect glass products. We always urge our customers to recycle all packaging  when possible for the goodness of the environment. 

WHAT IS HALE PLUMEʻS RETURN POLICY?

If your items are damaged or broken please email hello@haleplume.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll be happy to issue a refund or a replacement.

If your item is not damaged, we do accept returns on select items – unopened, unused, non-limited edition candles can be returned for a refund. Recipient must pay to ship unopened items back and a refund will be issued upon arrival. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving product. We do not accept returns on sale items.
